For years, I rode the wellness rollercoaster: one moment I was all about clean, organic meals—think farmers’ market hauls and Pinterest-worthy smoothies—and the next, I was knee-deep in late-night snacks, sugar crashes, and “just one more” energy bar. It was an exhausting all-or-nothing cycle, and it left me feeling drained—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Then Ayurveda and Integrative Nutrition entered the picture—and everything changed. I didn’t just learn what to eat; I learned how to listen to my body. Ayurveda showed me that real nourishment isn’t about strict diets or chasing perfection. It’s about balance, rhythm, intention—and a little self-love sprinkled in. I started to see food not as the enemy or a trend to follow, but as medicine—something sacred, healing, and deeply personal.

These days, my kitchen is my happy place. I eat with joy, cook with love, and live in tune with what my body truly needs. And now, I help others do the same—guiding them to connect with whole, natural foods that support not just their health, but their entire well-being.

My Credentials
At heart, I'm an educator. For over 30 years, I worked in the public school system as a teacher and administrator, inspired by a deep passion for learning and empowering others. That love for teaching never left—it simply evolved.

My second love is food—especially its ability to heal, connect, and nourish. As an Ayurveda Integrative Nutrition Consultant, Holistic Chef, and Recipe Developer, I’ve blended my background in education with the principles of food as medicine. Now, I teach in a different way—helping others rediscover the joy of cooking, understanding the power of seasonal eating, and embracing holistic nutrition as a sustainable lifestyle.

In the kitchen, I’m joined by Boss Dog, my trusty assistant and Chief Wellness Officer, who ensures no crumb goes unclaimed. My husband and two sons are my ever-willing taste testers and biggest supporters—bravely enduring (and enjoying!) all of my culinary experiments.
